So after a bit of to-and-fro-ing with their Tech Support, the problem is now resolved.
The e-book is now ready. Once you sign up - over there on the right of this page - you will receive the first chapter straight to your email address, the rest of the chapters will follow about every fourth day, just to give you time to digest the previous chapter.
You can opt-out whenever you like, but I really hope you find the course useful!
