Types of internet marketing

There are many ways of internet marketing, here are some typical examples:

• Website
• Blog
• Social marketing
• Banner advertising
• Email campaigns
• Pay per click (PPC)

There are more, but it's early days, no need to provide you with information overload.

If you want to run a home based business you will probably have already decided on one method as a preference, but it's when you start using several methods that your business will really change up a gear.

If you are thinking of starting some online business with a view to making money then you really should start to become aware of what is available, within your budget and likely to give the best results.

Also be aware that you do not need to be an expert on any one area, many successful IM people hire someone else to design their web page, or write the articles, or write their blog... You just need to be aware that if you choose this method you will need to pay more money up front before you are actually making any income as an internet marketer.

What?? Spend money before you've even made any? No way!
